Alta Aquatics is a Commercial Pool Management company that services Condominium and Apartment Communities in the Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean County area and we are recruiting lifeguards and pool attendants to join our team.
We look to hire anyone over the age of 15 years of age that are already certified lifeguards or willing to go through a lifeguard training program. Once they have the proper training, your students would be given a pool location for the summer season that is closest to their home.
Our Pool Attendant positions don't require certification at all, however they are exclusive to those 18 years or older.
Becoming a Lifeguard will give your students a sense of community, responsibility, and the ability to learn lifesaving skills they can use to help keep our patrons safe. Through the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Program, participants learn CPR, AED, First Aid, and Water Rescue skills. Additionally, they learn the importance of injury prevention!

How would you like to get PAID to be a companion for a sweet, well behaved, young man who has autism and lives in Metuchen?
Our son Johnny is 21 years old and has autism but he is incredibly sweet, quiet, and very shy, but enjoys playing with others who can bring him out of his shell. He has perfect balance. He lives with us (his parents) directly across the street from the Metuchen YMCA in a beautiful large corner house. He has 4 other older siblings. Everyone knows Johnny at the YMCA and he loves it there but he needs someone to be his friend and encourage/teach him to use all the things that the YMCA has to offer: swimming (in a heated pool), exercise gym, ping pong, pickleball, basketball, etc. He also likes biking in the summer and going to the Metuchen Doggie-Park (we hope to buy him a loyal doggie one day soon). Johnny also likes to play games and watch movies.
