Our annual job fair will be held on Saturday, February 7th from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM at TD Bank Ballpark (860 East Main Street Bridgewater, NJ 08807). Interviews will be held on site during this time. Additional details regarding the process/FAQs, as well as an application for candidates to complete ahead of time can be found HERE. Please note that due to our liquor license, all applicants must be 16 years of age or turn 16 prior to August 1, 2026.

Alta Aquatics is a Commercial Pool Management company that services Condominium and Apartment Communities in the Monmouth, Middlesex, and Ocean County area and we are recruiting lifeguards and pool attendants to join our team.
We look to hire anyone over the age of 15 years of age that are already certified lifeguards or willing to go through a lifeguard training program. Once they have the proper training, your students would be given a pool location for the summer season that is closest to their home.
Our Pool Attendant positions don't require certification at all, however they are exclusive to those 18 years or older.
Becoming a Lifeguard will give your students a sense of community, responsibility, and the ability to learn lifesaving skills they can use to help keep our patrons safe. Through the American Red Cross Lifeguard Training Program, participants learn CPR, AED, First Aid, and Water Rescue skills. Additionally, they learn the importance of injury prevention!

UMPIRES WANTED
