June Happenings....

Here are just some of the important events to mark on your calendar for the month of June:

Campbell School Music Concert will be Thursday, June 6th (See calendar for details).

The Campbell School Drama Club will perform with members of the NJ Opera on Friday, June 7th. This performance has been generously funded by the Metuchen Education Foundation.

Our 3rd graders will be taking a field trip to Sandy Hook (See calendar for details).

Our 4th graders will be taking a field trip to Trenton (See calendar for details).

June 18, 19, & 20th will all be half-days. No lunch will be served on these days.

Campbell School is committed to providing a safe learning environment for all students. The Board of Education prohibits acts of harassment, intimidation, or bullying of a pupil. A safe and civil environment in school is necessary for pupils to learn and achieve high academic standards. Harassment, intimidation, or bullying, like other disruptive or violent behaviors, is conduct that disrupts both a pupil�s ability to learn and a school�s ability to educate its pupils in a safe and disciplined environment.

Drop off and Pickup Procedures for Parents (pdf)

Every school day, within the span of 20-25 minutes, approximately 700 students arrive at Campbell Elementary School. In order to get all of the students safely into and out of school we need your help. We are asking for all parents to take the time to carefully read the information enclosed in the posted letter.

�How Impressive is This?� The exterior of Campbell School is going through a beautiful transition. I am sure you have noticed not only our courtyards which are now absolutely magnificent, but the Durham Avenue side of the school which has undergone an amazing change.
