Dr. Caputo presented the 2016-2017 district goals update at the December 20, 2016 Board meeting.
PARCC 2015-16 test results were presented at the October 18th Board of Education meeting.
At the September 27 Board of Education meeting the administration presented to the Board of Education and community the AP, SAT and ACT data from the 2015-16 school year.
Dr. Caputo presented the district goals for 2016-2017 at the August 30th Board of Education Meeting.

Metuchen Schools In the News

Brynn Farrell delivered big numbers when she sparked Metuchen High School past Carteret High School Jan. 4.
Aside from maybe the wardrobe and the motor vehicles of the 1970s, the artwork displayed this month in the art gallery at the Metuchen Public Library has stood the test of time.

Erika Rems may have just finished her freshman season, but she may already be the greatest tennis player in Metuchen High School history.
Students in the Metuchen School District showed how “kind” they were as they helped raise close to $4,000 for the K.I.N.D. (Kids in Need of Desks) project in Malawi, Africa, because sitting on a dirt floor to learn is not comfortable.
The Metuchen boys and girls teams swept the Group I titles, continuing the success from last weekend's sectionals. The Metuchen boys won with 76 points and Jake Beacher placed 10th in 16:51. The girls team took first with 66 points, just two points ahead of runner-up Kinnelon. Nina Suss was 10th in 21 minutes even.
...and Metuchen and Voorhees repeated as champions at Saturday's NJSIAA Group Championships at Holmdel Park.
Edmonds played soccer during the 2001-2004 seasons as a 4-year starter at midfield or forward. Her post season awards included All Blue Division and All Conference teams, NJ Girls Soccer Coaches Association All Central Section recognition, NJGSCA Central Jersey Top 20, State Top 20 and National Soccer Coaches Association of America All America East Region Team.
Metuchen's Jake Beacher races to the finish line in the Greater Middlesex Conference Cross-Country Championships on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at Thompson Park in Jamesburg.
The two defending champions were joined by two history makers at the Greater Middlesex Conference cross country meet.
This is the official cast photo of the Better Than Broadway production of "The Pied Piper's Wild West Show" at Campbell School this past Friday. This high energy production featured well over 100 1st through 4th graders, and was a resounding success. The grant for this production was funded by The Metuchen Education Foundation.

The Metuchen High School girls’ tennis team may be just an NJSIAA Group I program, but that doesn’t mean the Bulldogs can’t compete with the big boys.
There wasn't a whole lot of movement in the boys XC Top 20 this week, except for the huge jump by the pack from Metuchen after its remarkable performance at Greystone last Saturday.
By the school year 2019-20, each student in grades 5-12 in the Metuchen School District will have a Google Chromebook.
